RN/LPN
Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor health. They collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans and educate patients on health management.
Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) offer individualized support with grooming, hygiene, and meal prep, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.
Home Health Aides (HHAs) provide essential support in patients' homes, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship, while ensuring a safe living environment.
Our drivers safely transport patients to and from medical facilities, helping them access necessary treatment and support. PCMC also offers door to door service.
Companions provide social interaction and emotional support, engaging in activities like conversation and outings to promote mental well-being.
