Meet the Owner, Rose-Ann Gaskin-Rice, MBA
Founded on October 22, 2009, Patient Centered Medical Care (PCMC) is the vision of Rose-Ann Gaskin-Rice, who brings over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to the agency. Before establishing PCMC, she served as the practice manager of an academic community health center in Springfield, MA, where she identified significant barriers patients faced in accessing care. These challenges inspired her to create a primary home care service dedicated to providing compassionate, patient centered care in the comfort of home.
